ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION, AND MOTIVATION ON TURNOVER INTENTION WITH INTERVENING COMMITMENT ORGANIZATION VARIABLES AT PT MEDIANUSA PERMANA, BATAM CITY

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect leadership, communication, motivation on turnover intention with intervening commitment organizational variables at PT Medianusa Permana, Batam City. method used is a questionnaire distributed 100 respondents. Analysis statistical data using SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) path analysis examine pattern relationship between influence dependent variable independent, both direct indirect effects SMART 3.0 software. results in indicate that leadership has positive significant p-value 0.000 <0.05, communication <0.05,turnover intentionwithp-value 0.771,leadership onturnover 0.008, communicationleadership 0.004, motivationalhas 0.018,organizational mediates andturnover intentionwith 0.080 < 0.05.
